Every product leaving our Badalgama facility meets the highest international food safety standards — from HACCP to EU and FDA requirements.
Every product passes through a rigorous, controlled process — from responsible fishing to final export shipment — ensuring safety, freshness, and compliance at every stage.
Sourced from certified local fishing vessels following sustainable catch quotas and marine guidelines.
Fish is iced or refrigerated onboard within minutes of catch to preserve freshness and prevent spoilage.
All handling and processing in our certified facility follows strict HACCP protocols and hygiene standards.
Products are either fresh-packed on ice or blast-frozen and IQF packed to international specifications.
Shipped in reefer containers or airfreight with full documentation — health certificates, COO, phytosanitary.
Our HACCP-certified processing plant in Badalgama operates under ISO-compliant procedures. All personnel undergo regular food-safety training. Surfaces, equipment, and packaging materials are subject to daily sanitation protocols. Regular third-party audits ensure our standards are consistently maintained.
We maintain an unbroken cold chain from the moment of catch to the receiving dock of our buyers. Blast freezers achieve –40°C core temperature within 2 hours. Reefer trucks operate at –18°C for frozen goods and 0–2°C for fresh. Real-time temperature loggers accompany every shipment.
Every shipment is accompanied by a complete documentation package: Health Certificate from the Sri Lanka National Aquatic Resources Research & Development Agency (NARA), Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. We handle all export formalities on your behalf.
All product batches undergo microbiological, chemical residue, and heavy-metal testing before dispatch. Full traceability records link every export lot to the source vessel, catch date, and processing batch. Test reports are provided to buyers on request, along with species verification documentation.
Our cold chain infrastructure is the backbone of our export quality promise. We invest continuously in refrigeration technology, transport, and monitoring systems to guarantee every product reaches our buyers exactly as specified.

We believe responsible seafood export begins long before processing. We work exclusively with suppliers who practice ethical, sustainable fishing — and we actively support marine conservation efforts in Sri Lanka's coastal communities.
Sustainable Catch Limits: All our suppliers operate within government-mandated catch quotas and seasonal restrictions to prevent overfishing.
No Destructive Fishing Methods: We do not source from suppliers using dynamite fishing, cyanide, or other destructive practices.
Community Support: We invest in training and fair pricing for local fishing communities in Badalgama and surrounding coastal areas.
Waste Reduction: Our facility targets zero-waste processing — byproducts are converted to fishmeal and other value-added uses.
Species Traceability: Every product lot is linked to a named vessel, FAO catch zone, and species verification record for full supply chain transparency.
Our quality assurance team is ready to answer any compliance or certification queries from buyers.
